Sign in securely
Open Account & Security in the installed mobile app. This public site cannot authenticate you or delete financial data.
Confirm permanent deletion
Open Account & security, enter the account email, type DELETE and acknowledge the permanent scope.
What deletion covers
The authenticated deletion flow removes the San Balance user record, user-scoped financial data, legal receipts, optional consent records, native sessions and known linked calendar event identifiers. External providers may retain records under their own policies.
