Avoid silent currency mixing
San Balance does not invent exchange rates. Compare values only after converting with a verified rate and recording the reporting currency.
Correct without erasing history
Use refund, void or restore for corrections. An audit trail explains why a total changed and prevents duplicate posting.
Export before major changes
Keep a reviewed export before reset, account deletion or a large cleanup. Protect exported files because they may contain sensitive details.

The public website is an information and support resource. Account sign-in and financial data entry are intentionally kept out of this site.
